Cape Tribulation Resort and Spa's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Cape Tribulation Resort and Spa will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Cape Tribulation is located between two World Heritage areas: The Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree National Park, approximately 140km north of Cairns (2½ hours drive), and 75km south of Cooktown. Domestic and International visitors can fly direct to Cairns, where a number of transfer options to Cape Tribulation are available.

Coach Transfers
Coach transfers are available between Cairns and Cape Tribulation daily. We recommend "SunPalm Transport" who offer daily transfers to and from Cairns airport, they also provide a similar service from Port Douglas. Transfer time is approximately two and half hours each way.

Self Drive
You can also organise to hire a car or drive your own and enjoy the magnificent scenery at your leisure. Once you arrive at the Daintree River the ferry, operating between 6am to midnight, will take you across to Cape Tribulation.
