Aston Serviced Apartments's Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Aston Serviced Apartments will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.
Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

- ONE BEDROOM: 6 Powell St. or 42 Powell St or 30 Tivoli Rd.
- TWO BEDROOM: 30 Tivoli Rd or 200 Toorak Rd.
ALL WITHIN A 5-10 MINUTE WALK OF CHECK IN POINT. Please keep your taxi waiting when you arrive at the office at 40 Powell Street as selected rooms are at the various locations nearby.
