• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Quality Hotel Batmans Hill on Collins will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

When you arrive at the Batmans Hill on Collins we will require a credit card imprint for incidentals or a a cash deposit $50.00 if not used it will be refunded to you on departure. should you room not be ready on arrival we can hold your luggage and after check out as well.

Car parking at the Quality Hotel Batmans Hill is offsite $22.00 per day and is at a secure parking station one block from the hotel.(3 minute walk.) Pull up at the taxi/luggage drop off zone on Collins Street, ( 20 meters from the Spencer Street intersection).
The access card is available from reception on check in. Reception will then direct you to the off-site car park.
