Milner Gardens has easy access to both Sydney CBD and Homebush Bay Olympic Park. Milner Gardens Townhouse is a self contained 10 person accommodation featuring 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, fully equipped granite kitchen, balcony, private sunny courtyard and security parking for 2 cars. This Townhouse is in new condition, contains quality modern furnishings, spotlessly clean and comes fully equipped with all modern conveniences for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Security parking with a double lock-up garage is included at no extra cost. Milner gardens is an ideal choice for families looking for flexibility at a money saving price. We have strict no smoking and no party policy. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony and the courtyard. Broadband internet is available (fee applies) and must be pre-booked.

Cancellation Policy

Milner Gardens Townhouse North Sydney's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Milner Gardens Townhouse North Sydney will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Located in a leafy cul-de-sac surrounded by lots of trees, in a quite and convenient area of Sydney Lower North Shore next to Chatswood.

Please phone (on the number that will be provided on the booking confirmation) at least 45 minutes prior to arrival. Credit card authorisation will be required at checkin as a security bond. A part payment of the balance between AU$250 and AU$750 (up to 50% of the total balance cost) is required within 2 days of the booking if the booking start date is more than 7 days from the booking date.
