Opened in December 2007, Oaks Club Resort is a luxuriously appointed apartment style hotel, conveniently located on Frankton Road, the main road into New Zealand’s picturesque Queenstown.

This luxury Queenstown accommodation includes both studio hotel rooms and family sized 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The hotel rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and the larger apartments have full kitchens and laundry facilities, under floor heating and double-glazed windows.

Oaks Club Resort's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Oaks Club Resort will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

The Oaks Club Resort is located at 171 - 179 Frankton Road, Queenstown. You can either arrive by taxi or shuttle bus, both of which can be organised from the airport.
