  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, AAA City Fringe Apartments will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Featuring quality furnishings, the apartment offers air conditioning and heating, 2 seperate bedrooms each with 1 comfortable Queen Bed, a third seperate bedroom with 2 comfortable Single Beds, a fourth seperate bedroom with 1 Set of 2 comfortable Single Bunk Beds,wardrobes/ closets, electric blankets, alarm clock, radio, 2 private bathrooms with shower, toilet, hair dryer and FREE bathroom amenities, a spacious seperate lounge dining room with lounge suite, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player, FREE WIFI, desk, a fully equipped granite kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and kitchenware, full private laundry facilities with washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing facilities and a private furnished patio or balcony overlooking the garden. All towels and linen are provided. The rate is for 4 guests. The apartment caters for a maximum of 8 guests ( with the exception of children under 2).
