Aspen on King Motel's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Aspen on King Motel will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

If arriving from the south, the Aspen on King Motel is located on the Main road into the city centre. If arriving from the north, drive through the main city centre and the Aspen on King Motel is located on the south side.

Beach, walks, golf, mountains, fishing & hunting.
The mid South Canterbury region is the gateway to the south. In summer you can fish, ride in a hot air balloon, day trips to Mt Cook, Pleasant Point railway, skiing and snowboarding in winter. Timaru has Caroline Bay with a carnival held every year between mid Dec and mid Jan very popular with families. There is also the beautiful Griffiths Rose Gardens and lovely
walks around the bay.
