The Brothers Boutique Hotel's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, The Brothers Boutique Hotel will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Travelling by car from the South.
Travel into Dunedin on the one way system north on Crawford St and turn left onto Rattray St by the Queens gardens. Travel over Princess St and up past one of Dunedin's most well known landmarks the Speights Brewery. Veer left up the Hill before the St Josephs Cathedral then next left into Brown Street. Take a sharp left into Bishops Road and you are there.

Travelling by car from the North.
Travel into Dunedin on the one way system south on Cumberland St, get into far right lane and turn right onto Rattray St by the Queens gardens. For Check-in after 7pm at the Brothers Boutique Hotel guests must call the reception on the phone number provided on your email confirmation prior to arrival.

Cancellations made within 7 days to 48 hours before commencement of stay will incur a 50% charge of all room nights booked.
Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before commencement of stay will incur 100% charge for all room nights booked.
If the rooms are able to be rebooked then charge will not apply.
