Spring Hill Centrepoint Apartments offer 3 star 1,2 & 3 bedroom self contained apartments - ideal holiday and corporate accommodation located within the historic, inner city Spring Hill suburb of Brisbane, on the fringe of the Brisbane CBD.

Spring Hill Centrepoint Apartments offer a selection of one, two & three bedroom fully self-contained, individually furnished apartments. The two towers contain 51 apartments with the outdoor pool area situated between them in a resort style setting.
All apartments are spacious and fully furnished; each has a full kitchen with crockery/cutlery, dishwasher, electric frying pan, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer and stove/grill, full laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer and iron/ironing board, 1-2 private bathrooms with separate bath and shower, all linen and blankets, separate spacious lounge/ dining room furnished with sofas, dining table chairs etc and colour television. All apartments have wireless/WiFi internet access through MyPort (fees apply). Please note that no phones in any apartment.
Apartments are not serviced, but this can be arranged at additional cost.

Spring Hill Centrepoint Apartments have a friendly and very helpful on-site management team. Further facilities include FREE under cover parking, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, recreation/games room with billiards table, arrival/departure lounge, lift/elevator, self service laundry facilities and wheelchair accessibility. A private outdoor BBQ area is also available for guest use. Wifi is available in foyer/recreation area as well as in all apartment (fees apply)

Spring Hill Centrepoint Apartments is located on the edge of the central city in historical Spring Hill, one of Brisbane's oldest and most prestigious suburbs.
Enjoying a superb central location in Brisbane city, guests are perfectly positioned to enjoy all the sights and attractions that Brisbane has to offer.
Within walking distance from the Spring Hill Centrepoint, there are numerous restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the local public transport hub.
Wickham Terrace Medical specialists, St. Andrews & Brisbane Private hospitals are a two minute walk. Brisbane City, the Transit Centre & Roma Street Parklands are all within ten minutes walking time. Suncorp Sports Stadium takes about 14 minutes.

   Cancellation Policy

Spring Hill Centrepoint Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Spring Hill Centrepoint Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

Leichhardt Street is a well known historical street in the Spring Hill area off Edward Street from the city. Central Railway Station is on Edward and Ann Streets corner. Acess to our visitor carpark is via Sedgebrook Street (which is one-way). From Leichhardt, turn into Berry Street then into McNally Street. McNally Street leads directly into our carpark.

After hours key collection is via outside combination safe. Please phone the number on your Booking Confirmation to advise if you need this facility. It is very easy to use.

The central location allows you to take a short walk to the city for shopping, theatres, restaurants and riverside activities.
Roma Street Parklands are a few minutes in the opposite direction. Suncorp Stadium is also a short walk away for the various football codes and international matches.
Local activities include boat cruises, dining, golf, shopping, sightseeing, surfing, whale watching and city sightseeing.
Further afield, the Spring Hill Centrepoint Apartments are a a great base to see South East Queensland
-1hr 20 minutes to the fantastic beaches of the Sunshine Coast.
