Rydges Lakeland Resort caters to business travellers with business services including exhibit space and five conference rooms of varying size, two with views over Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range and all with wireless Internet access. A variety of audiovisual and technical equipment and blackout drapes are available on request. Business services such a faxing and photocopying are available from reception.

Rydges Lakeland Resort Queenstown's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Rydges Lakeland Resort Queenstown will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Flying into Queenstown is an experience all in itself; once you have flown alongside the Southern Alps you will get a preview of the beautiful scenery of the Southern Lakes area - from the snow capped mountains to the glistening lakes.

Flight time from Christchurch, the South Island's gateway, is about 45 minutes by jet. Direct flights are also available from Wellington and Auckland. Coach from Christchurch, Dunedin and Invercargill. Car rentals are also popular was to get to Queenstown.

Rydges Lakeland Resort Queenstown is a ten minute drive southwest from the airport by taxi, shuttle or rental car.
Directions: Turn right onto Kawarau Road, left onto Frankton Road which becomes Stanley Road. From Stanley Road turn left onto Shotover Steet which becomes Lake Esplanade. Rydges Queenstown is on your right.
rom the Airport - Taxi is approximately between NZ$30.00 - 40.00 and a 15 minute drive. Shuttle service is approximately NZ$13.00 for 1st person (NZ$3.00 additional person) and a 25 minute drive.

From the Queenstown CBD - 5 minute walk from the Queenstown Mall. From the Mall turn right onto Rees Street, left onto Beach Street. Beach Street becomes Lake Esplanade. The Rydges Queenstown is on your right. Taxi from the CBD, although not advised, is approximately NZ$5.
