• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Rydges Christchurch will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Shuttle service is approximately NZ$25.00 and a 35 minute drive.
From the CBD - 2 minute walk West. from the City Sqaure walk west along Worchester Street and Rydges Christchurch is on the corner of Worchester Street and Oxford Terrace.
Taxi fare is Approximately NZ$5 although is not advised as it is only a 2 minute walk from the CBD
