• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Rydges Rotorua will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Rotorua is well connected to the rest of New Zealand and the world via a network of air, road and rail links. The city is less than 3 hours drive from Auckland (234km), New Zealand's largest population. The Rotorua airport is one of the busiest domestic terminals in the country and is only a 15 minute drive from the hotel. Taxi and Super Shuttles are available from the airport to town, and vice versa.

From Rotorua Airport - 8.5 Kilometre 10 minute drive West. Turn right onto State Highway 33 which becomes Te Ngae Road. Turn left at Fenton Street and the Hotel is on your left from the Airport - Taxi is approximately NZ$15.00 and a 10 minute drive. Shuttle service is approximately NZ$10.00 and a 15 minute drive. From the CBD - 2 kilometers South. Travel south down Fenton Street and the Hotel is situated on your left.
