• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Metro Hotel Sydney Central will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Our check in time is at 14:00pm and check out at 11:00am. Upon check-in we require a credit card pre-authorisation or $100 cash deposit to cover incidentals. A STATE ISSUED VALID PHOTO ID IS ALSO REQUIRED.

Secure under cover car parking is available OFF-SITE at the World Square Car Park. The car park entrance is located on the corner of Goulburn and Pitt Street. The rate is $35.00 per vehicle per 24 hrs. (one entry & one exit). When arriving at the car park please approach the boom gate and collect a ticket. ENSURE YOU RETAIN YOUR PARKING TICKET ISSUED FROM THE BOOM GATE FOR VALIDATION AT THE HOTEL FRONT DESK. WITHOUT THIS VALIDATED TICKET, A CHARGE OF OVER $90.00 IS PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE WORLD SQUARE PARKING STATION ATTENDANT IN ORDER TO EXIT CAR PARK”.
