Quality Hotel Geyserland formerly The Regal Geyserland Hotel is the only hotel that offers views, from your room, restaurant, or bar of the world famous Whakarewarewa thermal wonderland and Pohutu Geyser. A hangi and concert is available in the Family restaurant most nights, or Eurpoean cuisine is available from the Silver Oaks Restaurant. The hotel is directly opposite the Rotorua International Golf Course. The hotel facilities include sauna, spa, spout pools, swimming pool, gymnasium. Porter service is available.   Cancellation Policy

Silver Oaks Hotel Geyserland's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Silver Oaks Hotel Geyserland will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



  Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


  Location

The hotel has a free courtesy coach from the bus station, phone from the station to contact the hotel coach. The Hotel is located at the end of Fenton Street, and sits atop the main tourist attraction in Rotorua, the Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve.
