Kudos Villas - 5 star absolute luxury villa accommodation in Hepburn Springs - the heart of the Victoria Spa Country.
Drawing inspiration from the elements essential to life, there are seven freestanding villas -: Kudos Air, Kudos Earth, Kudos Fire, Kudos Water, Kudos Nature and the Brand New (opened 10th October) Kudos Bliss and Kudos Indulge. Both of these villas feature an additional outdoor bathroom with a sculptured stone bath, shower and sauna.
Designed for couples who demand the latest in style and sophistication, these one or two bedroom self contained villas are an indulgent escape.

All luxury villas feature open fireplaces, king size beds, sleek modern bathrooms with modern designer tiles, stone bench tops, leather sofas and a large open plan living area with a sumptuous spa bath that lets you sip champagne while watching a DVD on the LCD screen television or listening to your favourite CD on the latest surround sound system.
The design brief for the villas was to build them around the Spa bath being the central point of the villas. They are unashamedly placed in the middle of the villa. From the spa, watching the open wood fire, water feature or the Plasma/LCD is uninterrupted.
Each villa has its own unique style. For example, Kudos Air features a soaring ceiling, Kudos Water a beautiful stone feature wall with a water feature that cascades over mirrors behind the spa, Kudos Fire with a Corten Rust tile feature wall and Kudos Earth features the earthy tones on a rock feature wall. The latest addition Kudos Nature, is like being at one with nature - the open plan living, bathroom and natural features of the site it is built on, blending harmoniously with the modern sleek features inside.
All of the villas are built for absolute privacy.
This peaceful accomodation setting ensures your stay will be restful and rejuvenating. However Kudos Villas are ideally situated within easy walking distance of Hepburn's collection of quaint shops, day spas and the seriously good eating establishments that Hepburn Springs has to offer - including the Macaroni Factory, Ruebens, Red Star, Deco's at Pepper Springs. There is a general store as well. Less than three kilometres and you are in the larger town of Daylesford. Kudos Villas are the perfect base from which to explore the historic Daylesford region or indulge in a little pampering Hepburn Springs is famous for.

Re-opening in June, 2008 after 2 years of closure and a 14 million $AUD refurbishment the Hepburn Spa Complex is once again a major local and international tourism destination.
There are numerous mineral springs located throughout the area.
Fantastic dining from casual right through to fine dining and award winning dining establishments including the Lakehouse.
This area is called the Spa Capital of Australia for a reason - with hundreds of treatments, day spas, therapists and treats on offer.
There are many galleries in the area, great wineries close by, the Lavendula Lavendar Farm, Swiss and Italian heritage with historic buildings.
Then there are the two Lakes in Daylesford and beautiful walks.
Most of our guests come for the one reason though, and that is to relax and rejuvenate and there is no better place than snuggling up in front of an open fire with a nice glass of Red at Kudos Villas.
