Our hotel restaurant is the ever popular - Bistro Allure. Our open plan kitchen allows you to watch our chefs in full action, preparing contemporary Australian cuisine infused with Asian & Pacific Rim flavours.
Open for breakfast daily, featuring a buffet offering both a continental and full hot breakfast. (6.00am - 10.00) then again for Lunch - (11.30 - 3.00pm) and Dinner - (5.30pm till late) with a variety of dining options ranging from gourmet wood fired pizzas to a casual a la carte menu.

Our meeting and event spaces throughout the hotel have been refurbished in January 2013 along with installing a Connectivity Lounge in our Lobby Area.
