Parkville Place Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Parkville Place Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

Parkville Place Apartments is located 5kms north of the Melbourne city centre. The apartments are close to two of Melbourne's main gateways - the Melbourne Airport, just 20 minutes away by road; and Sydney Road, the last leg of Hume Highway from Sydney and other points north.
Trams are available within 5 minutes walking distance away, and provide ready access to the city's principal railway stations at Flinders Street and Spencer Street. Taxis are plentiful.

From Melbourne Airport - via Tullamarine Fwy exit to Brunswick Rd.
From Melbourne City Centre-
Via Tram no: 19 stop no: 19 turn right at Brunswick Rd. 300 m
Via car, take Elizabeth St.and Royal Pde turn right at Park St and left at Stranger St. we are on the corner of Brunswick Rd & Stranger St.

From Sydney by car via Hume Fwy to Sydney Rd. Turn left at Brunswick Rd. 300m
