Quest Parnell's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Quest Parnell will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Airport Shuttle will cost around NZ$29.00 per person, for special taxi offers please contact the hotel.

Travelling distance from the International Airport is approximately 30 minutes.

Quest Parnell is located on 8 Heather St, Parnell, just off Parnell Rd.  Google Map

Reception hours are 7am - 9pm Monday - Thursday 7am - 7 pm Friday and 8am - 5pm weekends and public holidays.

Check in after those reception hours will be done through our intercom which is located outside the main reception doors (all instructions are written on intercom)

Undercover car parking is $22.00 per night, to be reserved in advance.

The Hotel is within 5 minutes drive from Vector Arena events centre, Viaduct harbour and the Auckland CBD - providing convenient access for guests and sight-seers to experience activities such as Sky Tower, Kelly Tarltons Underwater World, The Auckland Museum and Newmarket Shopping Centre.
