Mantra Southbank Melbourne's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Mantra Southbank Melbourne will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. .Hotel will debit the balance of your entire stay at the time of booking. Please note that a non-refundable 2% surcharge applies for payments with Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express credit cards. (please note – The Mantra Southbank Melbourne charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments)
