Hemisphere Hotel's Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Hemisphere Hotel will charge you one night's accommodation for each suite that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.
Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.
Deposits Policy
To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.
Location
Hemisphere Hotel and Conference Centre, is 18km from the Melbourne CBD. The most direct route is along Nepean Highway until South Road, then turn left into South Road and travel for approx. 1.5 kms to Hemisphere Hotel.
Buses: Buses stop directly outside Hemisphere Conference Centre on South Road.
Rail: The Moorabbin Railway Station is 1.5 km from the centre located on the Frankston line.
