Ciloms Airport Lodge's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Ciloms Airport Lodge will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.


  Location

We are located at 398 Melrose Drive, Tullamarine. From Melbourne CBD access Tullamarine Freeway and exit Melrose Drive 21km. From Melbourne International Airport our 24-hour courtesy bus is available for transfer or alternatively access Tullamarine Freeway from airport exit Mickleham Road turn right at exit. By tram from Melbourne CBD, Elizabeth Street - tram no. 59 - 10km to Airport West Shopping Centre where our courtesy bus can pick you up.
