Oxford Terraces Apartments's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Oxford Terraces Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Office hours Mon - Friday 8.00am-9.00pm. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 8.00am - 7.00pm.

Arrivals out of hours are to contact reception for drop box procedures. Oxford is located 5 minutes away via car, on the East Side of the City on the corner of Hutt & Gilles Street.
