Watermark Resort's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Watermark Resort will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Watermark Resort will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking.

Watermark Resort Caloundra is an easy drive 1 hour drive from Brisbane and the Brisbane airport -- take the freeway north and then follow the signs until you see the Caloundra exit; the first exit on reaching the Sunshine Coast.

We are only 20 minutes from the Sunshine Coast airport -- drive south along the David Low Way and onto the Sunshine Motorway south to Caloundra.
