Carrington Gardens Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Carrington Gardens Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.


  Location

From the airport it will take approximately 20 minutes to reach the apartments by car or taxi. The airport is located on Sir Donald Bradman Drive. Head towards the City along Sir Donald Bradman Drive, turn right onto West Terrace and then left onto Wright Street; this street merges into Carrington Street. The Windsor apartment complex is located on the left hand side just after the Pulteney Street intersection. After checking in at the Windsor Apartments you will find the Carrington Gardens Apartments located directly behind the Windsor complex.

Carrington Gardens Apartments have a wonderful feeling of openness created by surrounding a relaxing secure outdoor area. These spacious 2 bedroom apartments with lifts to all floors and undercover parking are perfectly suited to overnight or longer term stays. After a busy day of sight-seeing and shopping or a hard day at work, relax in the spa and sauna or have a casual game of tennis on the newly renovated tennis court. Bedding configurations can be 1 queen size bed and 2 single size beds or 1 queen size bed and 1 double size bed- depending on availability. Minimum 5 nights or more stays only.
