Budget 1 Hotel formerly Sleep and Go Budget's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Budget 1 Hotel formerly Sleep and Go Budget will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Airport – 15 minutes by car to the Melbourne International Airport (Tullamarine)
City – 20 minutes by car to the CBD
Tram – CBD access via route 86 is located a 2 minute walk from the hotel
Train – regular CBD services from Bell Station located an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel


From the airport, exit onto the Tullamarine Freeway heading towards the city.
Take the Bell St exit on the Tullamarine Freeway and drive approximately 15 minutes along Bell St.
Sleep & Go Budget is located on the corner of Hotham St and Bell St on the right hand side of the road.

All accommodation charges must be paid upon check-in at reception by cash or credit card (1.5% - 3.5% surcharge applies for credit card transactions). A $100 security deposit or pre-authorisation on your card is required for each night of your stay. Photo ID is also required upon check-in.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time.

Onsite car parking with over 400 car parking spaces (fees apply) both outdoor parking on-site and under-ground parking. $7 per car for 24 hour period.
