Maintenance Advise:
BreakFree Peninsula Refurbishment Works: 1 October – 19 December 2014 & 27 January to 19 September 2015

From 1 October until 19 December 2014 and 27 January to 19 September 2015 refurbishment work is being undertaken. The work includes some drilling and jack hammering noise between the hours of 8am and 4pm. During the refurbishment dates entry to the property will be partially blocked off and there will be restricted access to some balconies.

Until 19 December 2014 the outdoor pool area will be closed until 11am daily.
From 27 January until 19 September 2015 the outdoor pool area will be out of operation.
The indoor pool will remain open from 7am until 9pm throughout the entire refurbishment period.

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, BreakFree Peninsula will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, BreakFree Peninsula will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking (please note – The BreakFree Peninsula charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).
