• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, South Pacific Resort Hotel will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Norfolk Island is about 2.5 hours flying time from Sydney, 4 hrs from Melbourne and 2 hours from Brisbane on Norfolk Air.
The Norfolk Island South Pacific Resort Hotel is only 1.5kms from the airport. Transfer operators meet every flight. If you require a hire car, this can be collected at the airport or delivered to the Hotel.
Remember when travelling to Norfolk Island, you will need a passport or document of Identity.
