• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, BreakFree Eco Beach will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, BreakFree Eco Beach will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking (please note – The BreakFree Eco Beach charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).

Byron Bays natural credentials are impeccable - humpback whales cruise past the headland, storms create rainbows on the mountains across the bay, and hang-gliders ride the thermals above the lighthouse.
