Peppers Bluewater Resort's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Peppers Bluewater Resort will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. (please note – The Peppers Bluewater Resort charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments)

Peppers Bluewater Resort is located in the Lake Tekapo township 2 1/2 hours from Christchurch and Queenstown on State Highway 8 in the heart of the Mackenzie country.
When coming into Tekapo from Christchurch: Drive across the bridge and past the town centre on your right hand side.
Peppers Bluewater is located on your left hand side as you start to drive up the hill toward the end of the village.

When coming into Tekapo from Queenstown: As you enter the township, you will see a sign 60kph sign.
Peppers Bluewater resort is the first driveway on the right hand side after this sign.  Google Map
