   Cancellation Policy

Kirra Vista Holiday Units's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Kirra Vista Holiday Units will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

From the Gold Coast Airport, the taxi ride should cost no more than $10 (if the driver charges more please see Manager in reception before paying) .
If driving from Brisbane: take the M1.
At exit 95, proceed to the left towards Tugun. Turn right at the lights and proceed down the Gold Coast Highway approx 3 km.
When passing the Gold Coast Airport be in the far left lane.
400 metres down the road diverts to the left.
Proceed down this, go straight thru the roundabout.
The Kirra Vista Holiday Units are approx 250 metres on your right.
Do a U turn in the next street and park outside or, if unable, park in the driveway.

If driving from the South on the M1, take the Gold Coast Airport turnoff (after Tweed turnoff).
Proceed thru 2 sets of lights.
Do a U turn at 3rd set of lights.
Stay to left and take the fork to the left, thru roundabout

By bus from the south: get off at Coolangatta Bus Terminal and walk up Griffith St to the bus stop next to the ANZ Bank - catch 767,765 or 750.
Ask the driver to let you off at Coyne Street.
The Kirra Vista Holiday Units are 50 metres south of the bus stop.  Google Map

The apartment is well appointed, stylishly furnished and non smoking, offering ceiling fans and in-room heating, a separate master bedroom with 1 Queen Bed, a second seperate bedroom with 1 set of 2 Single Bunk Beds and 1 Single Bed, private bathroom with shower and toilet, alarm clock, radio, a separate living room with lounge suite, dining table and chairs, colour TV, WiFi access, a fully equipped kitchen with stove top, full size fridge, oven, toaster, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, full private laundry facilities with washing machine, clothes dryer and iron/ironing board. All linen and towels are provided. The rate is for 4 guests. The apartment caters for a maximum of 5 guests. The extra adult/ child guest charge is $25 per night. Cots are available at extra charge.
