Cancellation Policy

Cadman Motor Inn and Apartments's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Cadman Motor Inn and Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

The Cadman Motor Inn and Apartments are located on South side of Town.
Seven minute walk to CBD. Opposite playing fields. Close to railway station and bus terminal.
15 minute ride by cab from Airport.

The Cadman Motor Inn and Apartments are conveniently located on the Sydney Highway, opposite Gipp Street Sports Ground, on the south side of Tamworth Peel River.

If you are driving from Sydney, do not take the bypass, drive straight through to Ebsworth Street instead.

If you are driving from Armidale, drive to the first set of traffic lights, turn left through the town over the Peel River, turn left at the next set of traffic lights and you will find The Cadman Motor Inn and Apartments opposite the Gipps Street Sports Grounds on the right after approximately 200m.
The property is situated approximately 1km from the Railway Station and a 10 minute drive from the airport.
