Club Crocodile Airlie Beach's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Club Crocodile Airlie Beach will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Location

Travelling by car, turnoff at the Airlie Beach exit on the Bruce Highway at the township of Proserpine. Follow Shute Harbour road into Airlie Beach. Comfort Resort Club Crocodile Airlie Beach is located on the right hand side of Shute Harbour Rd, 2 kms before Airlie Beach's main business district.
Comfort Resort Club Crocodile Airlie Beach is accessible by train, departure point is Proserpine Railway Station. Whitsunday Transit Buses meet every arriving train & will drop all guests to the front reception of the resort, additional cost. Arriving by plane at Whitsunday Airport in Proserpine is a 20 minute drive from the resort. Buses & taxis meet all arriving flights. All major Bus companies arrive & depart from Airlie Beach. The bus depot is only a 5 min taxi fare away from the resort.
