   Cancellation Policy

Sevan Apartments Forster's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Sevan Apartments Forster will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Sevan Apartments Forster will charge your credit card the remainder of the total amount 30 days before arrival (please note – The Sevan Apartments Forster charges a credit card surcharges -: Visa or Mastercard :1.5%, Amex :2.5%, Diners : 4.0%).


   Location

If you are coming from the south...
- Turn off the Pacific Highway approximately 5km north of Nabiac on to Failford Road.
- Travel the entire length of Failford Road.
- Turn right on The Lakes Way.
- Continue on through Tuncurry and over the bridge.
- Pass through 2 roundabouts.
- Sevan Apartments is located 100m on the right.

If you are coming from the north...
- Turn off the Pacific Highway after approximately 10km south of the last turn off to Taree, on to The Lakes Way.
- Continue on through Tuncurry and over the bridge.
- Pass through 2 roundabouts.
