   Cancellation Policy

Brass V Human Space's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Brass V Human Space will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Train: From Brunswick Street Station walk through Kings car park, turn left onto Alfred Street and walk 100 metres to front door of V Human Space. Use the intercom to contact reception. Brisbane airport only 15- 20 minutes away.  Google Map

Reception hours 8am - 5pm. Monday to Friday and 9am - 12 noon Saturday. Access via front door intercom. Night service available for check in after 5pm at front door.

Brunswick Mall - cafes and restaurants for you to try. Valley markets held here on Saturdays and Sunday.
