   Cancellation Policy

Collins Hotel Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Collins Hotel Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

From Tullarmarine Airport - From the Tullamarine Freeway (city bound) take the Flemington Road exit and continue down Flemington Road until you reach the roundabout.
turn right into Elizabeth Street, then left into Collins Street.
Adara Collins Central is located opposite The Regent Theatre, next to Rutherford Jewellers and Bistro D'Orsay Restaurant.
There is a five minute loading bay at the entrance to the apartments.

Taxi - Expect to pay around $40 to $45 for the 35 minute trip from Tullamarine Airport into the centre of Melbourne.  Google Map
