   Cancellation Policy

Apartments @ Docklands's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Apartments @ Docklands will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Apartments @ Docklands will charge your credit card the cost of one night accommodation per room booked as deposit.


   Location

Apartments @ Docklands is bound by Docklands Drive, Harbour Esplanade/Footscray Road and NewQuay Promenade and is located on the western edge of the Central Business District.

FROM THE CBD:
Drive down Dudley street past the Victoria Markets and over Footscray Road to docklands Drive. Turn left into Rakaia Way.

FROM THE AIRPORT:
NewQuay is approximately 25km from Melbourne Airport. Take the Tullamarine freeway and follow the signs to the City. Take the Footscray Road turn off. Turn right into Docklands Drive, left into Rakaia Way.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
From the City, take the 86 tram from Bourke Street all the way into Docklands Drive and hop off at Rakaia Way Docklands.
From Southern Cross Train station take the 86 tram on the corner of Spencer Street and Bourke Street.  Google Map

The Apartments @ Docklands reception is located at 23 Rakaia Way Docklands. (Opposite the IGA Supermarket).
Apartments @ Docklands requires a current credit card (not a debit card) & photo identification matching the booking name to check in anyone into the apartments.
If arriving after hours please call the number on your Booking Confirmation well prior to arrival to arrange after hours check in procedure.
All bookings must have a valid credit card and photo identification for check-in. If not provided this will result in failure to check-in.
