If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Best Western Alpine Motor Inn will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

General Directions
From Sydney: Via Great Western Highway (M4). The most direct approach is to head west from Sydney along Parramatta Road to the M4 Motorway.
If you live in western NSW you can approach the Mountains via Bathurst and Lithgow.
From Canberra/Melbourne - Via Goulburn. Travelling on the M5, M7 and then join the M4 to Blue Mountains.

Transportation Services
Rail services operate from Sydney to Katoomba. Travelling on the train, you will enjoy and experience great views of the National Park.
Rail services operate from Sydney to Lithgow, stopping at all major villages throughout the mountains. Train buffs can experience the past on the Zig Zag railway. Special steam journeys are also available at times throughout the year.
You can travel to the Blue Mountains by using the daily GX255 service of Greyhound Pioneer or McCaffertys. Coaches depart Sydney from Eddy Avenue and will set down in Katoomba at the E & W bus stop on the Great Western Highway or at Lithgow at McDonalds.
You can get to the Blue Mountains by charter. A personalised, on-demand shuttle service is available from Sydney Airport or the Sydney Metropolitan Area to and from The Best Western Alpine Motor Inn.

The closest domestic or international airport is Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport approximately 90 minutes drive from the motel. Transport from and to the airport can be arranged at a cost and must be pre-booked by callinf the number on your Booking Confirmation at least 48 hours in advance.
