   Cancellation Policy

Mantra City Central's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Mantra City Central will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Mantra City Central will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking (please note – The Mantra City Central charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).


   Location

The address is 318 Little Bourke Street Melbourne, in between Swanston and Elizabeth streets.
The easiest mode of transport from the airport is by taxi (approximately $50.00 and 25 minutes).
Shuttle buses depart the airport regularly, with the bus and train depot being only a few blocks from the apartments.
If arriving by own car, public secure car parks are nearby at your own expense.  Google Map

Sunday: 8am to 6pm

Reception is closed after hours, but the intercom system located at the front of the property calls the 24 hour on-site caretaker, who will assist with any late check ins.

'If you elect to pay your account by credit card or other card using a credit payment facility, Mantra Group reserve the right to charge a payment processing fee in order to cover its associated administrative cost. Payment made by MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Diners will incur a 2% surcharge.'

'All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking, when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide current photo ID or proof of guardianship, if requested on check-in.'
