   Cancellation Policy

Lakes Entrance Holiday Units's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Lakes Entrance Holiday Units will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

Train and coach connection from Melbourne- drop off is opposite the Lakes Entrance Holiday Units.
The Lakes Entrance Holiday Units are just 1km east of the P.O.
Myer St has the only set of traffic lights in Lakes Entrance.
Turn either left or right depending on which way you come in from the Princess Highway.
Next block up is a roundabout.
The Lakes Entrance Holiday Units are on the corner opposite the police station.  Google Map
