Magnolia Lane Luxury Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Magnolia Lane Luxury Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

From the Sunshine Coast Airport - turn right onto the highway, then 2kms turn left into Ocean Drive follow the signage for the Golf Course, (through 4 roundabouts).
You will see a shopping village.
Take the turn after the village, on the left into Magnolia Lane.
From Brisbane take the Sunshine Motorway, exit at David Low Way and keep going to the right, then turn into Ocean Drive at the Twin Waters sign. Then as above  Google Map
