The apartments come with a choice of comfortable King-sized bedding or individual, single bedding. One of the other added benefits include a spectacular balcony area that offers a great view and is ideal to chill and unwind in. Added features here include: A Gym and a swimming pool that guests’ have access to. The bathroom is well-designed and well-equipped and it comes with all the required amenities that a person would need. The apartment has a fully-functioning, self-sufficient kitchen that is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, and pantry. The laundry area features a well-equipped washer and dryer combo unit. There is also a separate area that is earmarked as a designated dining or lounge area which comprises of a full dining setting, 55’ inch Smart TV and a nice sofa to just lounge around.    Cancellation Policy

Spencer Street Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Spencer Street Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

We have reception here at ground floor 392 Spencer Street West Melbourne Vic 3003. The reception time is 8:00 am to 8.00 pm Monday to Sunday so if you check in late then please do let us know in advance so We will organise for self check inn. If you check out before 8:00 am then there is key drop at ground floor so you can drop your keys then let us know.
