• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Arcadia Gardens Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Arcadia Gardens Apartments are situated in very close proximity to Trinity Beach and other Cairns Northern Beaches such as Palm Cove. The Cairns Tropical Zoo, Paradise Palms Golf Course, Cairns Water Ski Park and Cairns Go-Kart Track are all within a few kilometers. Transport There is a bus stop right next door to the complex and the local Cairns bus company, Sunbus, runs every 30 minutes either to the Northern Beaches or into Cairns.
