Mantra South Bank Brisbane's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Mantra South Bank Brisbane will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. .Hotel will debit the balance of your entire stay at the time of booking. Please note that a non-refundable 2% surcharge applies for payments with Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express credit cards. (please note – The Mantra South Bank Brisbane charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments)

Mantra South Bank is located on Grey Street.
The hotel is located only minutes walk from South Bank and South Brisbane Railway Station.
From the Airport - From airport Drive, turn left onto gateway Motorway towards the city.
Veer left and then turn right onto Links Avenue, then left onto Kingsford Smith Drive.
Follow Breakfast Creek Road, then Ann Street, then left lane for North Quay. Turn right onto Victoria Bridge, follow Melbourne Street.
Airtrain operate frequent services from Brisbane airport into Brisbane City, only 20 minutes.  Google Map

There are so many things to see and do in Brisbane.
