Melbourne Private Apartments Collins St Waterfront Docklands's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Melbourne Private Apartments Collins St Waterfront Docklands will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. There will be $100 cleaning fee and $30 linen fee per booking. (please note – The Melbourne Private Apartments Collins St Waterfront Docklands charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments)

- All Melbourne Private Apartments are individually furnished and the images are a guide only.
- A late check in fee applies for arrival from 6pm onwards, AUD 40 is payable on arrival directly to the property.
No refunds and full payment on the day booking.
