Quest Waterfront Apartments's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Quest Waterfront Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. (please note – The Quest Waterfront Apartments charges a credit card surcharge of 1.5% to all credit card payments)

When driving from the airport, Northern or Western Tasmania, take Davey Street (main city access).
Keep in left lane, turn left into Elizabeth (approximately 300 metres after entering waterfront area), first right into Morrison Street (100 metres)first right into Brooke Street (100 metres).
Quest Waterfront is on your left.
The Airporter bus service meets all flights and brings guests to the door of the Quest Waterfront.
Taxis are familiar with the address - just mention Quest Waterfront.

If arriving after 9pm, please call the number on your Booking Confirmation during office hours for late arrival instructions.

All cancellations must be made no less then 48 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) nights accommodation will be incurred.
Please note that a 1.5% surcharge applies on all credit card transactions processed at the property.

Please note secure off-street car parking is limited, subject to availability. This must be requested at the time of booking otherwise it cannot be guaranteed.
If required, please specify in the Special Requests Section of your Booking.
Alternatively there is metered parking available out the front of the property for a rate of $2.60 per hour. There is also secure over night car parking available after 17:30 through till 07:00am.
All overnight car parking is $12.00 per night.
