Rydges on Swanston's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Rydges on Swanston will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

From Melbourne Airport (30 minutes), take the Tullamarine Freeway until the Flemington Road exit. Continue down Flemington road and turn left onto Gratten Street. Turn right at Swanston Street and Rydges on Swanston Melbourne is located 25 metres down on the right hand side, opposite Lincoln Square Gardens.
Taxi is approximately $40.00 and a 25 minute drive. Shuttle service is approximately $11.00 and a 45 minute drive.
From the CBD - 1.5 Kilometers North. Travel along Swanston Street. Rydges on Swanston, Melbourne is located on your left.
