BreakFree Bell City's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, BreakFree Bell City will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, BreakFree Bell City will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking (please note – The BreakFree Bell City charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).


   Location

Exit onto the Tullamarine Freeway from the airport heading towards the city. Take the Bell Street exit on the Tullamarine Freeway and drive approximately 10 minutes along Bell Street.
Sleep & Go is located just past the corner of Hotham and Bell Streets on the right hand side of the road.
Turn right at the traffic lights to enter the above-ground carpark.

If you're coming via public transport, the nearest stops are Bell Station (on the Epping train line) and Bell Street / Plenty Road (on the 86 tram).

20 minutes by car or taxi to the Melbourne CBD
