Cancellation Policy

Knightsbridge Apartments's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Knightsbridge Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Skybus shuttle service from Airport to hotel door at $15.00 per person. Trip aprox. 60 minutes.
Train arrives at Southern Cross Station - take Tram No: 75 or 48 to Wellington Parade and then only a short walk to Knightsbridge Apartments.

The reception service is until 7.30pm daily.
For later check-ins, please phone the number on your Booking Confirmation, prior to arrival, to make arrangements for key pick up.
