The Buckingham Brighton Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, The Buckingham Brighton Apartments will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

By Car: From the heart of Melbourne, The Buckingham International Serviced Apartments is just 10 kilometres away.
For a direct route, take Punt Road from the east end of the city, heading south through Prahran and St Kilda.
Continue along Punt Road as it becomes St Kilda Road.
St Kilda Road will then become Nepean Highway as you drive through Elsternwick.
Continue along Nepean Highway, turn right at Bay Street.
The Buckingham is directly on your left.
By train: Take the train on Sandringham line.
Stop at North Brighton Station.
Walk along Bay Street.
When close to Nepean Highway, The Buckingham Serviced Apartments are on your right.  Google Map
