Wanaka Springs Lodge offers the facilities and services of a small hotel, but retains the warmth, comfort, personality and charm of a Boutique Lodge. It is perfectly located holiday accommodation in Wanaka, being at the end of a quiet cul-de sac, yet just a leisurely few minutes stroll to the shores of magnificent Lake Wanaka. A 3 minute walk will bring you to the golf course and Wanaka town centre, with its numerous galleries, bars, cafes and restaurants.
Wanaka is a beautiful lake in an awesome alpine setting. Laze away on the shore, or fill the day with adventure activities. Magnificent views wherever you look. Wanaka Springs Lodge is conveniently located in-town - the ideal base to enjoy the many Wanaka events, activities and tourist attractions including winter skiing Treble Cone or Cardrona Alpine Resort, touring local vineyards, golfing, fly fishing and exploring Mt Aspiring National Park, with it's towering peaks and many glaciers and alpine lakes. The flight to Milford Sound from Wanaka is spectacular. Spend a leisurely day cruising Lake Wanaka and visit Mou Waho or Stevenson's Island (bird sanctuary). Or enjoy the thrill and adventure of a jet boat journey on the Matukituki or Wilkin Rivers which take you into the heart of the Mt Aspiring National Park. A stay in Wanaka can be a truly relaxing experience, while just a 50 minute drive over the Crown Range with its stunning views will have you in the hustle and bustle of Queenstown.

   Cancellation Policy

Wanaka Springs Lodge's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Wanaka Springs Lodge will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

From Queenstown via Crown Range Road (SH89):
Continue into Wanaka until you reach the lakefront.
Turn right into Ardmore Street.
Travel along Ardmore Street taking the second turn on your right into Helwick Street.
Travel up Helwick Street until you reach Warren Street - the fourth intersection - turn left and Wanaka Springs is 50 metres along on your left.

From West Coast, Cromwell, Wanaka Airport (SH6) and Queenstown (via SH6):
Continue into Wanaka town, turning left at the Caltex Petrol Station into Brownston Street.
Drive along Brownston Street taking third turn left into Helwick Street.
Then take second turn left into Warren Street and Wanaka Springs is 50 metres along on your left.

Wanaka Springs is an ideal base for enjoying everything this beautiful lake and alpine environment has to offer. Being just a five minute stroll from the lakefront opens up all the lake activities including scenic cruises, jetboat rides, trout fishing, yachting, paragliding, and water-skiing. A three minute walk will have you enjoying Wanaka's galleries, shops and cafes, and a three minute walk in the other direction will have you on the first tee of the Wanaka Golf Course - with its stunning views.
Enjoy scenic flights over the Southern Alps and Mt Aspiring National Park, to Mt Cook or to Milford Sound for a cruise in the fjord. What about trying the unique Siberia Experience - a multi-activity experience involving a 30 minute flight to view local glaciers, mountain lakes and snow-capped peaks before landing in the remote Siberia Valley; a three hour walk through the Siberia Valley through native beech forest before being met by a jetboat for a thrilling 30 minute jetboat ride down the Wilkin River, with its stunning views.
Other activities include walking, tramping and mountaineering; snow skiing, snowboarding and heli-skiing; skydiving; hunting & fishing; mountain-biking and heli mountain-biking; wine tasting - 3 vineyards in Wanaka and 52 vineyards within a 1 hour drive; and visit Puzzling World, the Fighter Pilot and Warbirds Museum, Toy and Transport Museum and Wanaka's award winning micro-brewery, Wanaka Beerworks.
